JaneJeffer · 05/04/2022 13:26

@Luluuuuuuuuuu85

I have only met one in my travels, pronounced the 'English' way. Is it spelt 'Dillon' in Ireland?
Sometimes but Dylan is more usual I think.
knightsinwhitesatin · 05/04/2022 12:22

We’ve just named our three week old Dylan, so I think it’s a nice name! I know of a couple other Dylans (older, about 10) but think it’s relatively uncommon round here

cupcakedestroyer · 05/04/2022 11:55

I know of one Dylan, he is in his 50s.

Fl0w3ry · 05/04/2022 11:41

I know 2 - 1 in their 20s and 1 in their 40s. I think that’s it’s a relatively uncommon name though. I like it.

PurpleFlower1983 · 05/04/2022 11:20

I like it but the two I know are ‘naughty boys’.

notacooldad · 05/04/2022 10:30

I know quite a few teenage Dylan's
( I work with them!)

GogLais · 05/04/2022 10:27

An awful lot of them, mainly in their 50s and 60s.All pronounced DULL-ann.
One 20-something pronounced Dillun

LittlemissMama67 · 05/04/2022 09:51

purplecorkheart · 05/04/2022 09:42

I know two Dylan's both in their early twenties. Both named after Bob Dylan. I know one of the mother was asked was she naming her son after Dylan in Home and Away at the time.
