Who was the most beautiful girl in your year at school?

Mine was Juliette. The other ‘pretty girls’ were Luisa, Holly and then there were a few Rebecca/Rachels.

What were the names of the pretty people?

The most popular girl at high school was also one of the prettiest (no surprises there) and she was a bully who used to get her minions to carry her stuff around and encourage people to have fights and tell lies so that others would take up arms in defense of her while she smirked from the sidelines. She's not changed and her kids are just as dysfunctional but without the good looks. Beauty is unearned power and when it falls into the wrong hands it turns ugly pretty fast.

Other than her a lot of petite girls with ordinary faces were fawned over simply for being small. Most of us were spotty with braces weird makeup, weird fashion and even weirder hair.

The most naturally beautiful women I've ever met have both been Emmas and both mentally unstable.

Weird how most “Rachel’s” are pretty it seems.
I’m a Rachel and was pretty in my younger years! 😂 there was a girl called Lizabeth who was stunning and super clever. She was a bully though and very egotistical. She’s still stunning now from what I’ve seen on Facebook

Jill, Sharon and Debbie.

So very 80s.

Jill married a much older man at 17. Divorced after 10 years and started living again. Sharon also married young, now on their 3rd husband and 5 kids. Debbie married at 16, still married and 7 kids (went to a school reunion recently and found all this out). All still live local.

The not so beautiful have had much more interesting lives

Jacqui - she was tall, slim and blonde with perfect bone structure, like a model. She wasn't a very nice person though.

Sakti and Noreen. Sakti was from Slovenia and was tall blonde and sophisticated, very beautiful and composed. Noreen went to India to visit family one summer and came back looking stunning, her hair was long and wavy and she just had a new air of confidence.

Carol had classic look, wavy(Grr) fair hair.
Monica was so calm, very relaxed, dark hair and tall. I did want to be a close friend with her. I think I would have liked to be very close, but she deffo wanted boys.
I wonder where Monica is now?

Mine is from the oldie days. 1960 ish. A girl called Marina,, we left school when aged 15, and already she had blossomed into a beautiful, blonde and shapely girl, kind of wavy hair, and she looked a bit like Marilyn Monroe, I met up with her again some years later, when we were about 22, and I got a job in the same office as her in a big firm, She was even more stunning then, and very very popular with all the menfolk,. But all the women liked her, as she had a great fun personality, and was in no way a push over re the men. An early 1960's feminist I think.

Nicky. She was in another league, like something from a US TV show (she wasn't American, just had this starry aura and amazing beauty and poise) and everyone male and female just gazed in awe as she went by. It must have been weird being her, thinking about it!

Alison and Sarah- really beautiful, smart (one is a doctor now) didn’t care about boys, not part of an ‘in’ crowd, mature and always kind.
