Girls name- classic but not “try hard”

Looking for inspiration! I am soooooo fussy about names and have read pages of threads here. I would a name that is classic, that most people would have heard of/ know how to spell, but is not popular. I reeeeally don’t like the current trend for very frilly/ over the top sounding names (sorry, just an opinion!)

I like:
Rosalind, Susannah, Alexandra (maybe a bit too popular), Juliet,

Dislike: Ottilie, Amelie, Freya, Ophelia, Verity, the whole Ada/Eva, Ivy Evelyn set etc

Margot, Clara etc becoming too popular

Don’t like too complex names like Arabella, Genevieve,

So if there is anyone left I haven’t offended would be great to hear your thoughts! 🙈

I adore Juliet! Don't mind Rosalind or Alexandra. Susannah is not my taste at all.

Rosemary
Leah
Valerie
Hannah (I think it has become more uncommon?)

I love Alexandra and Suzannah.

I certainly wouldn't say they were popular now.

Thanks everyone, a real mix of answers here.

I sort of like Lucinda, Jemima, Felicity but they don’t feel quite natural to me, slightly out of my comfort zone.

Celeste/ Cecilia etc not my vibe.

I love Belinda but have heard a lot mixed opinions on here for it! Like Josephine.

Victoria, Harriet, Joanna are family names so couldn’t use them.

Rose, Grace, Georgina etc too popular for me.

My daughter is Pippa

So elegant & classy! Not over named and every one comments! I still love it years on.

I have an Eleanor (but saw that it would be too similar to family names).

I really love Julia.

Katherine, like Elizabeth, is a bit too popular for my liking.

Only 73 Katherines last year doesn’t even make the top 500

Lois, Anna, Sara, Lucy, Julia, Helen or Louise

I like your list. I like quite straightforward old-fashioned names like Rosalind and Juliet. I also love Josephine and Monica and Harriet and Eliza which I think are similar.
