I’ve got another thread about girls’ names but I’m at a loss for boys… I’m bored by standard names but find trendy names too trendy! Impossible I know but does anyone have any suggestions?

I have a Sebastian and a Zachary.
I agree boys names are much harder. I also liked Ezra. If I have a third and it’s another boy I’m feeling very stuck!!

I quite like Joel…! Also Simeon if it didn’t sound like simian.

But Joel could work! Thank you.

(I mooted Jasper but it was a hard no from my husband…)

I’m also thinking classic but more vintage like Jasper? Edward, Edmund, Rupert.

Perhaps Tristan?

Go through some old family names, you might get some inspiration there.

If I’d had my own way DS would have been Owen or Saul. Sadly DH had to have a say as well Grin so we ended up with Douglas

If you can't get excited about the aesthetics of boys names try one wheee you like the association- historical figure, author, fictional character, real life friend or relative
