Depending on surname, Florence Isabella.

If the first letter of the surname makes the initials spell a word, then probably Florence Clara.

I really like Florence, I know one who goes by Florrie. Worth thinking Florence might be shortened like that, where Clara probably couldn't or wouldn't be shortened?

I much prefer Florence. Its so elegant. Clara makes me think of a stuffy maiden aunt with a huge bosom!

I really like both but there seem to be a lot of little Florences about..on that basis I'd go with Clara!
