Names you are sad never to use

Just wondering if anyone is like me and is sad they will never use a particular baby name!
Mine is olive !! I long for a baby olive but no more babies for us!

Guy.
We added it to DS''s names when he was 7.
It cost £40 via a local solicitor to get it added.
It completely ameliorated that yearning.
He is now 22 and has always accepted he has 2 middle names ( and they go really well).
Have you ever thought about that as an option OP?
One of the best things we've ever done ( and a lot cheaper than having another child, hoping it would be a boy!)

I love the name Nigel no one calls they baby Nigel these days. I also love Maria, you don’t hear of babies called Maria either.
I know a Maria who is 9!

Patrick for me, dc2 was a dd and our last. Such a lovely name for both a little boy and an adult.

I've always loved the name Rowan because it's my favourite type of tree but it's become so popular recently that I don't think I'll use it now :(

Beatrix. We had two boys. My body can’t make any more babies now. Still feel a bit gutted as when preg with DS2 5 years ago, I was so sure he was a she I would talk to baby Beatrix by name.

Evangeline, I always wanted a little girl called Evangeline but no babies for me. I’ll have to get a female dog 🤣

Barney. I know it's not everyones cup of tea but I think it's such a cute name and the nicest boy I went to primary school with was called Barney. But my husband hates it. It also sounds ridiculous with our surname.

Moses - it was in the final two, for DS3, but the other name just edged it.

I'm pregnant with our fifth (and definitely last) child, and it's a girl, so goodbye Moses. Sad

Unless I can convince my husband to get another cat!

Max. We have two boys and both were almost Max but each time we chose something else at the last minute. Then we were set that DC3 would be Max and she ended up being a girl.

Grace. As a little girl I dreamt of a daughter called Grace but we had it picked for a baby who wasn’t born.. when my beautiful rainbow daughter was born it didn’t feel right to give her the name. No more babies to come though as DH says no!
