It's a biblical name pronounced as Kez-eye-ah, @WhenZoomWasJustAnIceLolly, unless the vicar is wrong. Maybe people are saying it differently if not religious

Maria used to be Mar-eye-ah and Sophia Soff-eye-ah.

I don’t know them, but I’d just think of the pizza chain Zizzi 😳 Plus my French friend laughingly told me that’s the term little French boys use for ‘Willy’.

In connection to Zena.... would Sina go well with the desired Zee pronounciation? Or does it sound like Sinner for your or would you even think og China cheena 😅
