Thoughts on Rosemary/Rosemarie?

What are thoughts on Rosemary/Rosemarie? Is it nice? Which spelling?

I prefer Rosemary.

I'd say them differently too, Rosemary (emphasis only on the Rose) vs Rose-Marie (emphasis on the Rose and the -ie)
