How 'religious' can a Catholic be, when they co-habit and have a child out of wedlock?

Don’t forget their affair started while he was still married… I don’t think religion factors that highly.

Maybe they can get Jennifer in there somewhere, after one of the nurses who looked after him when he had Covid. Their son has a middle name after a couple of the doctors.
