Last name begins with H so no H names.
Preferably no names beginning with L as it’s too twee to have them match.
We have or have had dogs called Rita, Audrey, Sophie and Jasmine so not them. Sophie is one of my all time favourite names, I should have thought ahead before I named the dog.
I’d prefer them not to be one of several in the class, and if it’s long, for it to have a nice nickname.
I love Imogen, Clara, Hannah but we’ve got them already in the family.
Help would be most welcome!

I love Anna and Clemmie if we'd had a second girl.

RedRobin100 · 01/12/2021 20:19

I know recent twins called Leo and Annie

Olivia and Leo sound nice. You can shorten to Livi if you want to as I think Livi and Leo sound lovely together.

DevonsFinest · 01/12/2021 20:01

Emma is lovely too.

Leo & Portia
Leo & Aurora (Rory, if you want a subtle theme that'll link them)

Although if you love the name of your dog so much you wish that you'd kept it for a daughter - I'm another saying just use it! My oldest is named after my childhood dog, and I don't regret "re-using" the name at all. Neither does my 25 year old, named for my dog, who is currently contemplating calling her daughter after her current cat!

@EdgeOfACoin

Leo and Felicity.

Felicity is reminiscent of Felix/'feline' and keeps a subtle cat theme going.

Love this

Completely random but my first thought was Sarah.

@bollocksthemess

Cora and Phoebe can go on the shortlist! I like Genevieve but I’m not sure what it would shorten too? I think if I called her Sophia I’d be forever wishing I’d just called her Sophie 😂
Loads of nn possibilitys Vi, Genny, Jinny, Eve
Agirlcalledeaster · 30/11/2021 20:16

Daisy was the first name to come to mind

Leo and Maia?

daisypond · 30/11/2021 09:04

Katherine (Kitty).
Tabitha (Tabby).

Honestly, use Sophie if you really like it. I know someone whose cat and husband are called the same name. It’s fine.

If you can’t use Hannah but love it, what about Anna?
