Spot for a boy

We are getting our boy next week and he indeed has a spot on her right side. What do you think?

It might give him a complex. What about a less obvious reference to his spot like Mark or Patch. He might get bullied by other dogs (or kids if he’s a human) if he’s called Spot. Especially when he hits his teens and has a face full of zits.
