Baby brother to Dorothy

Hi,

We are expecting a boy and we are looking for name suggestions!! Our daughter is Dorothy Claire and we think baby boy’s middle name will be John, last name starts with M, two syllables.

Throw me some suggestions please :) thank you!!

I love the name Dorothy - and Dorothy Claire sounds gorgeous together. Like a PP said can understand how you want to have a great name for DS too! And like you said OP boys name really are more difficult aren’t they! Though when I saw DD was Dorothy I instantly had Stanley come to mind so my vote is on Stanley John as little brother to Dorothy Claire 🥰

I know a Dorothea whose brother is Humphrey.

It should be a slightly oldfashioned name (like Dorothy), from the 1920s to 1940's/

Escape to the CHateau (TV ) has a Dorothy and Arthur, I always think a well chosen pair of names.
