Strong, simple and international boy names

As the title says I guess! Baby boy is shortly to be registered and I can't shake the feeling that we haven't found his name yet. Current strongest contenders are Felix and Hector. We prefer names that are not too popular (that's our discomfort about Felix, as well as the feline associations!) and the name needs to work (be pronounceable at least!) in English and French.

Please send me your inspiration! Thank you!

Thinking of the guys I've worked with over the years who are from different countries including francophone ones -
Alex
Marc
Louis
Remi

Though funnily the last actual French guy I worked with was called Felix.
