I really love it, and I like that it doesn't seem too common. Is it classy or just dated/boring?

I also like Monika (Polish variant?) too.

No it’s not.

@ThiagoSilvasToe

Very dated. Just think Lewinsky.... Or Friends.
I disagree. It's a lovely name, and there are some inspiring people called Monica....

It’s a nice name. Classy people are classy either way. Choose the name you like the best, not the one that projects an image you aspire to.

We are non UK and have a Monica. I love it and we call her Moni. I think its strong and beautiful but I am biased. Also don't know another one so definitely unique.

Classy is not what springs to mind sorry. Dated is the word.

DramaAlpaca · 17/10/2021 02:45

To me it's just dated. I don't see it as a particularly classy, elegant name but it's not awful.

Tillysfad · 17/10/2021 02:44

No

FindingMeno · 17/10/2021 02:43

Lovely but not a 'classy' name.

danascully96 · 17/10/2021 02:42

I’d say it’s classy and unexpected, but familiar!

Bellyups · 17/10/2021 01:38

Not classy, no
