Due in March,
Either of these names goes well with the names of our current children, I've loved Rose for ages, but DH has come round to it seeing Stacey Solomon's name choice Hmm

Which is your preference and what middle name would you put with it?

Thank you 😊

Indi(e).
Rose is everywhere and it's quite difficult name to bear if you are neither graceful nor delicate!

Both are lovely names. Although I don’t like them together.

My daughter is India Rose, but we call her Indie.

Indiana Rose.

BeKindBeYou · 13/10/2021 08:18

I love Indi! At the same time, Rose is quite beautiful too so you can’t go wrong!

Rose Indi or Indi Rose go nicely too

I don't like Indie and Indi is a wacky spelling she'd spend her life repeating to people.

Rosalind seems to cover both bases?

daisypond · 13/10/2021 07:25

Rose by far. Not Indi.

Ellarain · 13/10/2021 06:47

My nieces first name is Indie-Rose, she has a middle name too.

NewtoHolland · 13/10/2021 06:36

Thank you, My OH wont have Indie because of Indie music 🙄
Looking into it we saw that Indi is actually the older version, it's apparently a Hindi name (feel free to correct me though as this is only what I've read online) one meaning interpretation I saw said 'Heaven of Sea' which I love.

Indi with Rose as a middle name is really pretty.

I prefer it spelt Indie, but either way it gets my vote. I love Rose too.

Ellarain · 13/10/2021 06:12

My niece is actually called Indie-Rose. Indie seems to be getting more popular.

MerryMarigold · 13/10/2021 06:09

Indi sounds like a nickname, though I really like it as a nickname! Rose is ok but quite common, especially as a hyphenated name Lily-Rose, Bella-Rose etc. How about Rosa?
