Luke as it's a proper name. Jack is a nickname for John and Charlie for Charles.

I think Charlie's cute although I agree with the Lucas suggestion (with a c not a k IMO)

Personally I find all three overused and a little dull. If I had to choose, probably Luke although I much prefer Lukas.
