I'd say barley for Bali. It's just different accents. No big deal.

I'd also say Tal ee a

Oh for goodness sake, the r police are out again. Obviously they mean the long ar/ah sound that is the same unless you have a rhotic accent, like a southern bath/grass/father. Hmm
