Baby girl names that work in English, French and Greek...

Tough one... I'm French, my partner is Greek and we live in the UK and expect a baby girl for the end of the month. We've really been struggling to find names that work in all 3 languages... but I really want to as I don't want her name to be mispronounced by anyone. Any suggestions?

Callista/Callie. Not sure how that works in french but means beautiful one in Greek and lovely in English. Isabella works well for all. Doesn't translate specifically in Greek but dd never had an issue living in a Greek speaking country. Georgina an obvious choice - not so fashionable in the uk just now but probably due a revival

Anna would work for all 3.

Possibly Christina? That definitely works for English and Greek. I think also French.

Athena is gorgeous...also how about Callista/Calista, in Greek I think it means most beautiful...

Eirini is beautiful. It’s not “common” in the Uk but I know two greek girls called that and nobody struggled.

Kalliopi/Calliope is also fine if unusual. Angelique/Angeliki would work too.

That was going to be my suggestion. I have one, although spelt different as I knew people here would mispronounce as Elen-a.

Just to answer some of you regarding pronunciation, of course it's unlikely we'll find a name that we both like and also has the exact same pronunciation in all 3 languages... that's not the goal. I just want something that doesn't sound super weird / has sounds that don't exist in one of the languages. Even the simple Anna is pronounced differently depending on the language and I'm ok with that.
Still there are so many options to choose from (well, a bit less when you remove all the relatives' names and names of people you don't like Grin).

Athena! It’s my daughter’s name, we need it to work in French and English and it does. Not sure about Greek, would it sound too weird / presumptuous?

I wnr to school with an Anthula and a Savula, don't worry so much about it 'working' in English, so many children have names from other languages and cultures everyone adapts.

Have you looked at the Greek godesses and mythology? I went to uni with a Hebe, I think that's really pretty but I don't know how it goes in French.
