Along the lines of names I like but wouldn't use: the Cornish saints in place names like
St Austell, St Merryn, St Kew, St Blazey, St Ives.

Catholicism has a loooooooot of saints. There's even an obscure Irish saint called Saint Tallulah which I always find amusing.
