Freya or Juliette?

Juliette sounds a bit too posh but I like the potential for shortening and it's more unusual.

Freya is beautiful but quite common around here. And no real possibility of nn.

Thoughts?

Both nice names, although as you say Freya is massively popular now. I prefer the Juliet spelling, lovely name that suits all ages.

Juliette

Juliette. I went to school with one who’s nick names were JuJu and jules.

Freya isn’t my cup of tea

I like them both. I have a Juliet, she's almost 4yo. We call her Juju. Other potential nicknames are Jules, Ettie, Jet, Jettie.

Jules maybe? As she got older. Doesn't sound quite right on a baby lol.

@Noshowwithoutpunch

Prefer Juliette. What shortening would you use?

Freya is meh.

Agreed
