Short, uncommon boys’ names

We are expecting a second DS and really struggling with a name. Our shortlist is:

Beck
Sonny
Kit
Milo
Jesse
Beau
Rudy
Ace

But none of these is quite it. Ideally it wouldn’t be shortened. We like nature names, slightly unusual names, keen to avoid the ‘classics’ as these don’t suit us. If we like the above, what else might be in the ballpark?

Unusual short boys names I like are Lev - both a Russian variation of Leo (so meaning Lion) and a Hebrew name meaning Heart. And also similar Zev - a Hebrew name meaning Wolf. I also second pp's suggestions of Bram, Laith, Heath, Ivo and Leif.

For me Mac is incomplete but Mack isn't. I know a 14y old Mack and it really suits him.

I love most of the names on your list, but Asa/Ace are my ultimate favourites, still gutted DP wouldn't agree to either 😭

Mind you don't be fooled into thinking a short name can't be shortened.
Kian for example could easily become Kee.
