Short, uncommon boys’ names

We are expecting a second DS and really struggling with a name. Our shortlist is:

Beck
Sonny
Kit
Milo
Jesse
Beau
Rudy
Ace

But none of these is quite it. Ideally it wouldn’t be shortened. We like nature names, slightly unusual names, keen to avoid the ‘classics’ as these don’t suit us. If we like the above, what else might be in the ballpark?

@WaterIsBest

You say you dont like old mans names but you like Stan and Seth 🙈
I know. I said I don’t like old man BUT do have a soft spot for these two. However, an S surname makes it tricky. Plus I don’t think I’d actually use them.

Have added:

Mack
Reeve
Rudy
Jago (weird if we’re not Cornish?)

We have an Ace already.

This post sounds like I've written it. We have such similar taste and we have Beau, Sonny, Jesse, Kit, Rudy on our list. Current fave is Kit but like you, aren't sure and the others are quite popular around here.

Also considering Drew, Guy, Joss, Cai (pronounced like sky), Mack, Finn (lovely but too popular), Reid, Miles... but like you we don't love any so know exactly how you feel Daffodil
