I would say yay. I know a young Sebastian who goes by Bash. Its cute and probably a common nickname.

kieronsmum · 05/08/2021 10:35

very nice name

Violetlavenders · 05/08/2021 10:15

Bash

verb
1 strike hard and violently."they bashed him over the head with a blunt object"

noun
1 1.
a heavy blow."a bash on the head"

I prefer the full name Sebastian or Seb.

ZenNudist · 04/08/2021 21:36

Pretty much top of my list. Great name

IamnotwhouthinkIam · 04/08/2021 21:35

@ImFallingApartAt27

My toddler affectionately calls my bump "bash" as she can't pronounce Sebastian.

I'm 80% sure we'll stick with it Smile

I've heard of a couple of Sebastian's with the nn Bash! Much nicer than Seb to me, and really suits a rambunctious lad Grin
AutumnColours9 · 04/08/2021 21:03

Nay

TatianaBis · 04/08/2021 15:14

Yay.

Bash is a good nn.

NotMeekNotObedient · 04/08/2021 10:48

I like it and the nn Seb.

Apeirogon · 04/08/2021 07:25

I like Sebastian and I love Seb.

Violetlavenders · 04/08/2021 07:21

Nay

I really dislike it as it's too long and fussy.

And Seb sounds so unfinished. Bash as in bash your head?!

shapes1 · 04/08/2021 07:05

Yay I love it

cariadlet · 04/08/2021 06:54

Not keen but it goes with your other names.

Happy36 · 04/08/2021 06:40

Beautiful name!

Theoldwoman · 04/08/2021 03:15

Definitely YAY. goes well with siblings names too.

NiceGerbil · 04/08/2021 02:34

It's a perfectly fine name. Not to my taste but goes with the other kids.

Seb is fine as well.

Go for it IMO!

ActonSquirrel · 03/08/2021 23:57

I love it

It's a great name amd fairly rare I know one Sebastian (age 20+) he was Sebby as a baby, and goes by Seb except to bank managers
SirSamuelVimes · 03/08/2021 23:14

Nay.

A bit meh for me really. Seb sounds unfinished and Sebastian sounds far too fussy. Like in Friends when Rachel insists that it's Joshua not Josh.

PricklesTheHedgehog · 03/08/2021 22:58

Love this name

BreastedBoobilyToTheStairs · 03/08/2021 22:55

Love it!

sibbys · 03/08/2021 22:49

Nay.

KurtWilde · 03/08/2021 22:38

That's cute! You have to stick with it now it's toddler approved Smile

Love Bastien as a Nn (like the boy from The Never Ending Story! - showing my age there I know but have loved it since hearing it as a kid)
