Help to name rainbow baby

Hi, I am currently 17 weeks with what will hopefully be my rainbow baby following two losses, one at 8 weeks and one at 26+3. We have a living son called Theodore who goes by Teddy. Our children who died are Robin and Ethan. My partner isn't at the stage where he is able to think of names but I'm trying to be optimistic and visualise our child. I'm not bothered about how currently popular a name is, Theodore was at number 70 the year before he was born, then jumped to number 30 and is even more popular now and so is Teddy. So far I have the names

Owen
Oscar
Charlie
Felix
Elliott
Harvey
William

Nicole
Phoenix
Charlotte/Lottie
Hannah
Josephine
Heidi
Naomi
Sapphire
Rosalie

I'm open to any suggestions

William (Will), Charles (Charlie), Francis (Frankie)
Penelope (Pen/Nellie), Heidi and Freya sound lovely with Theodore (Teddy)

Dp has finally been able to talk about names. I think we are going to go for Owen Lucas or Lucas Owen. That might change as the pregnancy goes on though or might not suit him when he's born. We have the scary anatomy scan next week so everything is crossed that it goes smoothly and then we can try to relax.

Baby is a little boy, the reasurrance scan was good, we were able to see babies stomach and confirm a 3 vessel cord. Our son who died only had a 2 vessel cord and they could never visualise his stomach. Only 2 weeks to go for our anatomy and heart scan with fetal medicine now.

If they're a girl, Iris is associated with rainbow in Greek. Or you could go for Violet, as one of the colours of the rainbow.

My favourites to go with Theodore /Teddy are Charles/Charlie or Charlotte/Lottie.

The Welsh for rainbow is enfys, which I've always thought would be a lovely girl's name if you live outside Wales. Pronounced EN-viss, like Elvis but with an n.

Thanks to those who have said sorry for my losses, and to those who have congratulated me on this current pregnancy

Thank you for the suggestions, Iris is the name of one of my grandmother's so would probably go down well with family, but maybe make the other grandmother a bit jealous

Some of the the boy suggestions are already taken, I have cousins Bobby and Nathaniel and nephews Samuel and Alexander.

I have a few more names to put on the shortlist now, what's the odds my partner will veto half of them once he's ready to actually think and talk about names lol.

We have a reasurrance scan on Friday so might be able to focus on one list, I know they are not always correct when telling you the sex at this gestation.

Elliott and Rosalie would be my choices out of those.

Might be worth noting Rosalie was one of the main characters from Twilight, I wouldn't assume a child was named after/because of that, but I do have that instant name association. Thought I would mention incase it was something you hadn't considered that would be an issue for you.

Sorry for your losses .Theodore has a fairly classic feel despite it's current popularity so of your current choices I like William, Owen and Charles (Charlie) best and Josephine, Charlotte (Lottie), Hannah and Rosalie (Rose) for girls.

You might also like Samuel, Alexander, Adam, Nathaniel, Emmeline, Isabel, Cecily, or Juliet.

I am sorry about your losses. I would use Robert (Bobby) as a little bit of each of the names of your other sons. Teddy and Bobby is lovely.
