From my big name school in the late 80s - many many many variants of Victoria and Charlotte, lots of Ellas and Ellies, and some outliers - Ophelia, Wilhelmina and Hermione spring to mind

People I know who've been / go to private school: Catherine, Lucy, Rachel, Arthur, Sidney. Nothing too remarkable really.

She is undoubtedly at private school and 18th in line to the throne.

Savannah isn't an old classic.

They all have normal names that you’d find in a state school I would imagine

So, not much difference to the state school I teach at. Both schools have a mix of children from a range of backgrounds, ethnicities, etc.

I went to school in the 80s, names were mostly very dull. Shakespearean names were definitely popular at my school though - Portia, Perdita, Hermione etc.

I've never given it a thought.

Off the top of my head I would think fairly ordinary, classic names: Jeremy, Joseph, Jonathan, David - Sarah, Louise, Rachel, Charlotte - that sort of thing.

I was privately educated up to age eleven as were my children and nobody had unusual names.

In reality the private school friends I have are actually called Mark, Aidrian , Eve and Isabelle etc.
