Freya, Clara, Harriet or Libby?

Please rate these names, so torn and DH and I can't seem to agree. Surname like say Poppleton-Smythe.

Girls:
Freya
Clara
Harriet (not sure I like nn Hattie or Harri)
Libby (too much like a nickname? But can't use Elizabeth & don't like Liberty)

(Thinking Marilla or June for middle name)

Boys:
Ethan (has this become too common?)
Oscar

(No idea for boys middle names - suggestions would be most welcome).

Opinions please 🙏 which do you like best?

Clara and Harriet are lovely.
Libby is a bit chick lit to me.
Freya (to me) isn't comparable to the others, but I quite like it.
Ethan is one of my pet hate names, don't even know why. It's just people tend to say it in a really drawn out nasally whine Blush
Oscar is great.

I love Freya. Gorgeous name imo.
Prefer Oscar over Ethan

Freya June

Freya and Clara are lovely, also Marilla is gorgeous, and far less popular than Freya.

Not keen on your boys choices.

Lovely names! Similar are Otto, Max, Lily (so popular though) Hannah. Libby can be short for Olivia.

Libby is definitely a nickname. The one I know started to call herself Liz the second she left home.

The others are all fine.
