Hello! I’m expecting a baby girl at the end of summer and my husband and I have got down to two final names… which one would you go for?
Marnie or Margot?
The middle name will probably be Joy! Thanks!

Marnie of the two, but there are just tons of Marnie/Maisie/Mimi type names around at the mo so I'm not overly keen on either (not that you asked!).

Margaux looks try-hard/made up and will result in a lifetime of spelling it.

My choice would be Margot spelt Margaux, think it looks prettier. Unpopular opinion tho
