Depends how you are pronouncing it, the above are all Nigh-oh-mee rather than Nay-oh-mee

Or Knaomi? Silent K as in knife. Or Gnaomi. Silent G as in gnome.

I think the french use Noemie, but pronunciation is different.

It's a lovely name spelt as it is, and is the expected spelling, so your child will have to constantly correct people if you spell it differently. Why do you want a different spelling?
