Sister for Penelope and Thomas

I'm due my second daughter soon, a sister for Penelope and Thomas.

Looking for a complementary name to Penelope which I see as a fairly strong yet classically pretty choice. Perhaps Felicity or Cecilia.

Appreciate your thoughts and any other suggestions!

I don’t mind Felicity, but I absolutely hate the nn Flick. It’s awful.

Cecilia is ok. A bit meh. I’d be annoyed if I was the child lumbered with that when Penny is such a lovely, classic, warm-sounding name.

I like Catherine, has good range of nns

I find felicity a very buttoned-up prissy type name, I'm not sure it's goes that well with Penelope which is much softer. I much prefer cecilia, it sounds lovely with the other two.

Felicity is nice but I think the beautiful Cecilia sounds nicer with Penelope. But since Penelope and Thomas are top 50, maybe you might also want to consider something classical but more popular. So other suggestions:

Beatrice
Imogen
Lara
Emilia
Alexandra (outside top 100 but only a bit)
Julia (ditto)
Lydia (ditto)

Thanks all, some lovely suggestions there and glad to see that Felicity is generally liked! My only concern with it is that it is a bit rhyme-y with Penelope. Although to be fair, we mainly call her Penny and Felicity will likely be known by a nn also after she comes along. Am I over-thinking that?

I like felicity.
Also like Cecilia but prefer Cecily. Partly because it would be less likely to be shortened to Celia, which i’m not keen on.
I think of the song CE-CELIA
