Opinions on baby no4 name

I have Sarah, Jack and Ciaran. Baby number 4 is a boy and I'm struggling with names for him. Currently I'm liking Eren Thomas.
Its very different from my other name choices so I'm worried about his name being so different

I knew a Turkish boy called Timur. I thought that was lovely. He often shortened it to Tim.

Ah ok so we pronounce it ciaran as kee-rin
And eren as eh-ren

The accent differences don't help when talking about name pronunciations

@BrownEyedSquirrel ciaran is the Irish spelling of kieran so I'm not sure how you're pronouncing them but I don't see the similarity

@Squeakerfoot I'm still very tempted to use it. I think my accent helps with the pronunciation of it as the second e is overpronounced so when I'm saying it out loud it does sound like the masculine form of erin.
My problem with other turkish names too is I know a lot of turkish people and I'm very keen not to be seen as naming the baby after one of his friends 🤦‍♀️😂
Deniz is nice but one of my friends has a kid Denis already. I wish naming a person wasn't so difficult lol

It's a nice sounding name, so even with the potential problem of distinguishing it from Erin, I would be tempted to use it.

I know a young Turkish man called Deniz and a Nedim nn. Ned, both of which seem easy to use in an anglophone setting?

That's quite tough, I can't think of many Turkish/English crossover names. Eren is probably quite a good shout.

Aslan/ Arslan is a great name and Ari as a nickname works well.
Cahil- sounds Irish and works with the rest - Cal for short xx

Ilyas would have been on my list but there is already a baby in the family with the name and the boyfriend didn't like it 🙄

I love Aslan. It means lion in turkish Not too keen on ozan though.

Oisin is my favourite boys name and would go really well with your other names.
Not sure how you pronounce Eren but I would pronounce it likes the girls name Erin.
My favourite Turkish boys names (I think they’re Turkish) are Aslan and Ozan (with the nickname Oz or Ozzie is so cute!)

Sorry still figuring out how to use this 🙈
My boyfriend is turkish and isn't the dad to my other kids.
The other turkish names are horrendous and he's very keen on a turkish name but I'm slightly concerned about people pronouncing it like Erin.

Thomas is my dad's name so that part will most definitely stay his middle name
