@DubarryChuckle it's pronounced joy-aa. And it never gets pronounced goy sound. Peiole seem to pronounce the G as J like Gemma or Georgia.

A lot of the names above aren't Italian, and others are really old-fashioned which may or may not bother you- think the Italian equivalent of Brenda or Mavis
