Inspired by the boys name one! What girls names are you seeing in the under 5s at the moment?

Sienna
Ivy

Not so much the same name but variations of Lyla / Lyra / Layla / Mila names here. Also Evie / Edie / Eva. All technically different but sounding so similar.

My son is about to start primary school, in his preschool class there were 3 Evies and most of the others have similar sounding names like Edie, Maisie, Esme, etc. There have been multiple Lilly's, Molly's and Ava's in the baby and toddler groups I took him to.

Lots of Islas & Esmes round my way. Also, not a specific name but there seems to be a lot of names like Ayana/Alaya/Aleah/Anaya. I know they’re all different names but they have similar sounds and it makes each name seem a lot more common than it actually is.

My daughter is a late 20s Esme and she absolutely loves her name and as a child was annoyed that we couldn’t get anything with her name on it …her baby is called Olive …absolutely beautiful,pretty,timeless name .
