Help!!! Girls names...

We have no idea for girls names. Our first is Roxanna. Something along those lines? Ahh any ideas? Thanks!

Love some of the ideas suggested so far. Particularly Cassandra, Zinnia, Astrid, Octavia, Evangeline, Francesca, Jemima, Cleo, Amaya and Aria.

Sibylla instantly sprung to mind - cool, exotic, elegant and a classical royalty name like Roxan(n)a. Theodora would also work well for the same reasons, but I'm not keen on the name as much personally. I like pp suggestion of Sabrina too, as well as similar names like Caterina and Evelina with Roxanna.
