Neither! Ariella reminds me of a nipple and Briella makes me think of cheese... Gabriella? That's kind of like both and you could still use Briella for a shortened name?

Ariella reminds me of either areola, or the name of one of the ugly stepsisters- no idea why.
I quite like just Brie/Bree on its own but I don’t like Briella
