Three syllable plus names that go with surname Scott

I’m expecting and the baby’s surname will be Scott - not sure if it’s a boy or a girl. I’ve lurked for ages and gone through almost every recent thread, but struggling to find longer names that go with this surname.

Ideally nothing too common and nothing twee please! Preferences are Scottish, Irish, English, Greek, Italian.

@Synchrony

My first thought was Veronica, Caroline, Fiona, Victoria, Mariella and Sebastian because they were characters with the surname Scott in Lorna Hill's "Sadlers Wells" books!
Me too! There was a Sebastian Scott at uni with my sibling and I was unnaturally disapointed to discover he was blonde and couldn't play the piano! I love all of these names.

I think Timothy Scott has a great ring to it.
For a girl Annabelle Scott

Chilldonaldchill · 17/05/2021 23:33

I would avoid anything that could be a surname just because Scott can be a first name too and (for example) a Jackson Scott is likely to get mistaken for Scott Jackson.

I like:
Emily
Amelie
Anneliese
Rebecca
Iona
Miranda
Tabitha
Susannah
Rosalind
Lyra (not 3 syllables but sounds good)

Nicholas
Sebastian
Benedict
Benjamin
Alexander
William
Gabriel

Scott is a great last name. Jyst about anything goes.
Sorry. Not very helpful but true. In your shoes I'd have Marianne or Gregory.
