If we have a Flora, can we also have a Clover? or is it too much butter?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
Miljea · 29/04/2021 22:54

Are there even apprenticeships for milk maids any more?

'Court, all arise for Queens Counsel Flora X' or 'passing live to the chief virologist, Clover X'

Or 'the cutting edge graphics on this campaign are EPIC; tonight we talk to the chief designer, Clover X'....

RhubarbCustardy · 29/04/2021 22:28

Roll me over in the clover, roll me over, lay me down and do it again. All together now...

NeedToKnow101 · 29/04/2021 22:25

I do quite like the names, but won't you feel like a knob (of butter) OP?

NeedToKnow101 · 29/04/2021 22:24

@SummerWaves

Trying to make a butter pun but the margarine for error is too big 😭
😂😂
Wrongnamegame4 · 29/04/2021 22:24

🤣🤣🤣 Be current and use Pure

HereLiveIAmNotACat · 29/04/2021 22:23

Nice names but I can’t believe it’s not butter

SeaTurtles92 · 29/04/2021 22:16

Are the names widespread? Grin.

IamnotwhouthinkIam · 29/04/2021 21:54

Ha ha, no not together OP - too much butter. I also think they are quite different style names - Clover is a bit hippy/arty imo, like Meadow, Juniper etc. Flora is more quaint retro/vintage to me like Esme, Ada etc.

PinkCookie11 · 29/04/2021 21:44

I do like Clover but not when you have a Flora

NeedToKnow101 · 29/04/2021 21:44

@SwanShaped

Haha. What about Fleur. Or Rose
That'd be really milking it.
NeedToKnow101 · 29/04/2021 21:43

Just thinking about it makes my stomach churn.

Aprilshowersandhail · 29/04/2021 21:33

Spreading your imagination a bit thin op..

SwanShaped · 29/04/2021 21:30

Haha. What about Fleur. Or Rose

abittoofat · 29/04/2021 21:28

ok. ok.
I just really like the name Clover.

OP posts:
PattyPan · 29/04/2021 21:28

Definitely not. Clover alone is too strongly associated with butter and pairing it with Flora makes me wonder if you are the heirs to a margarine dynasty 🤔

Both names gorgeous but not for sisters!

Gunpowder · 29/04/2021 21:20

Grin @ Marj and Lurpak!

I’m still gutted I was put off Clover. It would have really suited one of the DDs and I don’t think anyone buys margarine anymore except for trendy vegan stuff so it wouldn’t have mattered. It would be more of a prob to call your kid Oatley.

BrownEyedGirl80 · 29/04/2021 21:19

Haha v funny

MaltedMilk88 · 29/04/2021 21:17

No no no you can't be serious - sorry before I even opened this I literally just thought you'd posted in the wrong place and was expecting some sort of question as to which butter to use

SummerWaves · 29/04/2021 21:17

😂😂😂

Titslikepicassos · 29/04/2021 21:17

Hmmm, butter not.

NeedToKnow101 · 29/04/2021 21:16
