I'd keep with the botanical theme, so maybe Hazel, Jasmine , Iris, Calluna, Lily, Olive, Camellia, Violet, Heather?

I thought of Sorrel before I clicked and saw it has already been mentioned I think it is a pretty name and goes well with Willow.

Following as I have an Everley (don’t know why but I just preferred that spelling to Everly) and due DD2 any day now. A lot of your names are also on my list but I’m struggling with them being too popular. I love Willow but we already have one in the family.

Willow and Sylvie are gorgeous together - a subtle link (as you'd need to know the meaning of Sylvie) and nice complementary sounds imo.

Or if you want something more popular, Freya of your choices also sounds nice with Willow to me.

Other options that work imo with Willow (which has a pretty, romantic sound to me) - Lara, Cora, Thea, Esme, May, Rose and Iris.

I like Clara, Skye, Sylvie, Everly and Robyn best from your list, although prefer the Robin spelling even for a girl.
My least favourite is Skylar, just sounds a bit made up to me. Maybe Iona, Fern or Violet for other suggestions. Good luck!
