I think you have to pick something not too popular so people actually hear it. Sophia, Elizabeth, Grace, Eve, Beatrice and Margot are all quite elegant but so many around that impression won’t land.

The thing is, royal names don't sound particularly regal in isolation. Calling your child Katherine or Alexandra will sound nice and sensible rather than grand.
