Connie short for Constance is a fantastic name.

Neither are my style of name but, of the two, I prefer Connie. I have an April birthday but would have hated being called April. Would have loathed being called Apryl even more.

They are both really sweet! So fresh as pp said. I would lean towards April but I really love them both.

Both good names. April might have the edge of born in April but fgs don't spell it Apryl- she'd spend her life correcting people .

I think Connie is really cute so I’d choose this. April is ok I guess but I prefer May if you’re going for a month name.

Constance is a fab name! First woman elected to parliament.

Viscountess Astor was not the first woman elected to the Westminster Parliament. That was achieved by Constance Markievicz, who was the first woman MP elected to Westminster in 1918, but as she was an Irish Republican, she did not take her seat.

I love both, unfortunately Connie doesn't go with our surname. April to me sounds a bit more fresh, whereas Connie is to me more in the 'old lady' category
