I had a Greek friend called Xenia. It means hospitality in Greek.

Xenia Onatopp was a a Bond girl in Goldeneye. She killed her victims by strangulation using her thighs. So it's a no from me.

Xena:Warrior Princess comes to mind.
Maybe it won't for others as it has a different pronunciation but very similar spelling.

Sounds really familiar to me and I can’t think why. I don’t know anyone called Xenia, but I’ve heard the name recently. Something techy perhaps?

Yes, I think it's fairly well known although not very popular in the UK for some reason (possibly because it has the same beginning sound as the word xenophobic? I don't know). I think Xenia is very pretty personally.
