Just that really, like, dislike, name pros and cons? It's a new addition to my shortlist for boy due in May. I seem to be adding new names into the mix as I get closer to due date and this is the latest...

I think I've only met one, who I went to school with from mid 90's. His name was pronounced a-run, he hated it when one particular teacher kept calling him air-run. Have to say I prefer his pronunciation

I dislike. It's dated. I once had about 5 in my form class ( probably about 12 / 13 years ago now.

It's one of my favourite boys names :)

Lots of people debate the pronunciation with this spelling on here but I've known 5 - 4 pronounced Ah-rin and 1 Air-on.

I'm Scottish and prefer the Ah version but I don't like the Arran spelling.
