Alternative spellings for Macy

Hello everyone, would like to hear which spelling variation for the name Macy you prefer:
Maisie or Maisy (usually pronounced May-zee but heard pronounced as may-cee as well)
Maicy
Mayci
Maysi

Seen on TV last night a 'Tarnia'. I do think someone ought to tell people when they reach 18 that it's completely fine to change their name by deed poll to its correct spelling, rather than stick with the ridiculous version their parents chose.

Macy is the only spelling I'd use to get the right sound.

Maisie/Maisy are "may zee"
