Valentina is gorgeous, I’d definitely choose this. All 3 names are likely to be shortened unfortunately when she’s older so consider if you like the likely nicknames as much when making your choice.

I'd go for Eleanor, though I think I prefer Eleanora. Christina feels a bit dated to me. Valentina is ok, but I prefer Valerie.

Christina dated and Eleanor bit overdone but that’s if I was being picky! All nice names.
