Naming our daughter Constance

What are people’s thoughts/opinions on this name please? 🤔 Any suggestions on this or similar names would be fantastic or names that would go with it (middle names etc)

Theres an aunt in our family called Constance Ursula and I really love it. I like Connie too.

I like it. Also know a Constancia.

I think it’s pretty easy to match to a middle name, you could go for good solid Constance Elizabeth type combos, or full on Victorian revival like Constance Violet type thing - or have something classical like Constance Julia.

Constance is quite weighty, so it needs something to balance that - I like light names like Lara wouldn’t work so well.

I know one nn Connie. When I first heard her name I was a bit Hmm but actually it’s really grown on me. Family not at all posh.

I love Constance and Connie. I would go for a classic middle name like Emma.

I like Connie as a nickname. Con isn't great really though.

I absolutely love it. Traditional without being twee or try hard. Do you like “Connie”? You may get that. Constance Grace is nice...

It's a beautiful name. I love long, traditional names for girls that can be shortened.

I love Constance followed by a one-syllable middle name like Rose, Eve, May, Hope, Elle, Bea, and so on.

I’ve got one! So clearly I’m a fan. Depending on her surname, I think a one, three or four syllable middle name sounds best.
