Thoughts on Lenny?

Short for Leonard which would have meaning for us. Or would you go with Leo? OH likes quite traditional names

I like Leo. Lenny has strong ‘of mice and men’ connotations to me.

Leonard is pronounced Lennard isn’t it?

Anyway you can still use Leo as a short form which I think is a lot nicer than Lenny. I have to say I prefer Leonardo, but if he’s called Leo on a day to day basis it doesn’t matter.

Lenny. The lion. A spiv. Urgh.
Leo. Acceptable as an abbreviation for Leonard, which is pronounced 'len-'rd'.

I know a Lennard whose is Lenny.
