We are stuck between the names Robyn and Maisie. Which is your preference?

Maisie definitely. It's just gorgeous x

DarcyJack · 02/03/2021 23:34

Hate Robyn, so would have to choose Maisie, but don't like that either. Might you consider Mabel or Rowan?

Firebird83 · 02/03/2021 23:22

Robyn. Maisie is twee.

DramaAlpaca · 02/03/2021 23:09

I'm not that keen on it, but Robyn by a long way.

Maisie is so cutesy and twee it makes my teeth itch.

partyatthepalace · 02/03/2021 21:25

Love Robyn, ideally spelt Robin as I think the y is a bit fussy and it’s a unisex name.

Maisie is cute but only as a nn, and there are so many of them..

Chilldonaldchill · 02/03/2021 20:32

Robyn.

ftmum94 · 02/03/2021 20:09

Maisie!

IamnotwhouthinkIam · 02/03/2021 19:33

Of the two Robyn (although I personally prefer it spelt as the traditional Robin, even for a girl as it's a unisex name). Maisie is more popular and also feels more like a nickname to me.

leggingsandwellies · 02/03/2021 17:37

Maisie. Can't stand Robyn for some reason!

Morgoth · 02/03/2021 14:24

Robyn. I’m a teacher and Maisie is incredibly popular. I also think it’s a bit twee and sounds better on a child than an adult. I don’t hate or love either name but if I had to pick, it would be Robyn

Maisie, I don't normally like twee names, it just is way nicer than Robyn.

graham69 · 02/03/2021 13:50

My baby boy (born in 2009) hasn't got a name, can someone help.

Aquamarine1029 · 02/03/2021 13:46

Robyn, definitely. Maisie is awful.

aloeha · 02/03/2021 13:46

Maisie

bananamonkey · 02/03/2021 13:45

Robyn is lovely.

FoggyDay58 · 02/03/2021 13:34

Maisie

PattyPan · 02/03/2021 13:32

I don't love it but I'd definitely go with Robyn out of the two as it would suit all ages more, Maisie is a very twee/young sounding name.

Spied · 02/03/2021 13:23

Neither to my taste but of the two I'd choose Robyn.

BramStoker · 02/03/2021 13:21

Robyn

FayLivvie · 02/03/2021 13:20

I like Maisie x

ThreeTwoOneBlastOff · 02/03/2021 10:52

I don’t like either to be honest but if I had to pick it would be Robyn. Maisie is too cutesy and twee, and is fine for a toddler or a cat.

AdaColeman · 02/03/2021 10:19

Robyn by a long way.

babynamelover · 02/03/2021 10:14

Robyn is so much nicer.
Maisie is quite limiting and cutsey.

VenusClapTrap · 02/03/2021 10:04

Robyn. Really dislike Maisie; it just sounds so babyish.
