Rafe C—-
Max C—-

Thanks in advance Grin

Love Rafe and Gus.
Seth would be next on my list.
Ben and Max would be much further down as I find them a bit dull.

Bram is a fabulous name. Quite rare in this country, so I was hesitant to use it for DS
but the reaction to it has been really positive. He has never met another in the UK but there's a few in The Netherlands that we've encountered.

It's strong and cool without being try hard.

Firebird83 · 25/02/2021 18:50

Bram, Max or Seth

How about...

Finn
Judd
Saul
Ray
Jett
Frey
Jem
Ned
Quinn
Ralph
Sol
Zane

LittleBigDreams · 25/02/2021 18:22

I like your list. We like short names too, Guy, Kit & Jesse are on our list. I do like Gus too but doesn't work with our surname.

Others similar are Drew, Giles, Beau, Wilf, Saul, Frank, Hayes... I'll keep thinking. We liked a few but not all go with our surname so trying to narrow down. I get what you mean about Oscar Cooper, Oscar is a great name though.

I think Beau Cooper & Wilf Cooper sound amazing!

NoSquirrels · 25/02/2021 18:15

We also like Bram, Flynn and Tate

Bryn
Nate
Zac

Changedname81 · 25/02/2021 16:35

Love Otis but DP not keen.
Also like Oscar but not with surname, it sounds wrong to me

Rex I really don’t like
Tom and Sam are a bit meh to me (think that’s just associations with people I know)

We also like Bram, Flynn and Tate

Seth
Ben
Max
Rafe
Gus

mamablondie33 · 25/02/2021 14:30

@TheVanguardSix Otis is two syllables? But a great name!

TheVanguardSix · 25/02/2021 13:25

Seth

But I'm disappointed that the name Rex didn't make it onto your shortlist. Or Otis.

PolarnOpirate · 25/02/2021 13:23

Mac turns into Mack Scooper a bit. But other than that all nice!

ILoveShula · 25/02/2021 12:45

Gus C—— Not sure. It's fine but Gus would be short for something
Seth C—- No
Rafe C—-No
Max C—-Fine but sounds a bit like Mac Scooper
Ben C—-Not sure. It's fine but Ben would be short for something

bridgetreilly · 25/02/2021 12:36

Gus!

mamablondie33 · 25/02/2021 08:49

I love Max! Also considering a short one syllable boys name so interested to see what reactions you get.

OP is this your full list or are you open to ideas? I also quite like Kit and Jay.

SmeleanorSmellstrop · 25/02/2021 05:57

Gus C——

MiddlesexGirl · 24/02/2021 16:36

In terms of going with a C surname:

Ben
Gus
Seth
Rafe
Max

Otherwise:

Rafe
Seth
Max
Ben
Gus

jillandhersprite · 24/02/2021 16:32

Max
Ben
Gus
Seth
Rafe

clpsmum · 24/02/2021 16:30

Like them all accept rafe

Fuckityfucksake · 24/02/2021 16:29

1/ Seth
2/ Rafe
3/ Gus
4/ Max
5/ Ben

Muskox · 24/02/2021 16:18

In order:
Ben - like
Max - like
Seth - ok
Gus - dislike
Rafe - dislike

IggyAce · 24/02/2021 16:16

I’d pick Seth, Rafe or Gus. Max is nice but too popular for my liking and not a fan of Ben.
