I like both. At a push I’d say Sophia - just in case Grace turns out to be anything but graceful.

Sophia. I know a few. Grace's that aren't graceful and feel it must be annoying (I am not graceful and would have hated it)

Sophia used to be an old lady name, but I can see the appeal.

Grace is harsh sounding, so I prefer Sophia/Sophie.

Grace it's a beautiful name for a baby, child, teen, adult and older women.
Sophia would get shortened to Soph which makes it sound awful.
