Hello mumsnetters, please can you throw me some suggestions of boys names with two syllables. Preferably a name that will fit as a baby as well as an adult. We live in the Uk. Thanks in advance

Bennett, Callum, Foster, Lewis, Wilder are all on my list and I absolutely love them! I could picture a boy of any age with these names and they are very classic and yet modern.

KirstenBlest · 30/01/2021 18:45

Ramsey?

KirstenBlest · 30/01/2021 18:43

Thanks OP. I threw in some names that just came into my head just to add variety and for inspiration especially for you.

I'm sure that Jason and his DB will be very happy together.

Shame Scott is only one syllable. Grin

@KirstenBlest @Standrewsschool Oh not at all. I'm rather enjoying the jokes. Thank you for your suggestions.

Indeed they do. Sorry about the larking about last night.Grin

Marcus is probably a bit too linked to Rashford, and there might be a spike. Owen might be better.

I like Jason. nothing to do with mr orange or donovan honest

@PoachedPeaches

Apologies for the jesting myself and @KirstenBlest were doing, - hope you don’t mind, although the names Gary, Robbie, Howard and Marcus do all fit well with Jason...

Wow! Thank you so much everyone! Alot to choose from so I'm struggling to narrow them down to a few. So if it helps please, baby will be brother to Jason. Surname is a 2 syllable, begins with a W and rhymes like "wall-key. I really appreciate.

I found Heaven to be an unusual name for a boy.

Standrewsschool · 29/01/2021 20:57

KirstenBlest · 29/01/2021 20:27

I'm sure she'll find a fine name for the babe. Some of my suggestions may seem dated but everything changes.

Standrewsschool · 29/01/2021 20:21

I pray she does.

KirstenBlest · 29/01/2021 20:17

I wonder if OP has the patience to read my suggestions, but it only takes a minute. She won't be up all night reading them.

KirstenBlest · 29/01/2021 20:11

They shine. Could it be magic?

Standrewsschool · 29/01/2021 20:07
