@notalwaysalondoner hmm interesting about the trend thing. They are so hard to predict! But at the moment I don’t know any. The only one I know is a surname.

I’ve never heard that one. I like the meaning and it has a nice sound to it. For middle names I generally like a family name or a name from your cultural background.

I love it! I had a Verity in my class at school (usually went by the nickname Vero) and she was lovely so I have really positive associations with it.

Verity is very pretty imo and I love the meaning. I also really like Verity Josephine, VJ is fine - a VJ is a video jockey (like a DJ - disc jockey). Another suggestion could be to use a middle name beginning with V so she could use the nn Vivi - maybe Verity Vanessa, Verity Viola, Verity Valeria, Verity Valentina?

Josephine is nice as a middle name.

A friend loves the name Verity, but I am not so bold IRL.

@KirstenBlest I have heard that off another person once ‘ferrety’ on mumsnet. But I don’t mind as I don’t massively associate it with a ferret!

I like Verity Josephine! But initials would be VJ. Is that bad? 😂
